Howto send e-mail to the owner if new contact had suscribed

My Mautic version is: 4.4.10
My PHP version is: 8.0.30
My Database type and version is:10.6

I’d like to get a e-mail, if a new contact had subscribed to me.
I made a customer field Doi (for double opt in) and if this field “yes” i want to send to send an e-mail to me (or the other user of my system for their new contacts).

Which function do i need for it in a campaign?

Segment: user had an email, tag = newsletter (if you have it), date identified is more then -1 day
Action: send email to user (you)

In a campaign i found the “Action” Send e-Mail to a employee (or how is it in english standing - i use it in German). And in this field is also a button “Send e-Mail to the Owner”
