Identify non-clickers, Explanation of filters in Mautic segments

Hi, could you please point me to a place that explains the various segment filters in Mautic?

Something that explains what some of the more ambiguous filters.

For example:

  • URL from email: Meaning they clicked on any URL in any of sent emails? The options are only Yes/No.
  • Page sessions: Meaning pages visited from emails or any pages with Mautic code?
  • Date last active: Meaning when they last clicked, opened, visited any url… or when Mautic did any action on them?
    etc.

I am trying to identify all the people that have never clicked on any of my emails.

I am therefore creating a segment where the conditions are: (1) email is not empty and (2) URL from email equals Yes.

But I am not sure if that will do it.

I am aware of Manage segments | Mautic, but that does not explain the filter meanings.

Thanks for any tips.

Hi, you are on the right track.

“(1) email is not empty and (2) URL from email equals Yes.”
This will include any contacts into the segment who ever clicked any URL in an email.

“* Page sessions: Meaning pages visited from emails or any pages with Mautic code?”
YES

"Date last active: Meaning when they last clicked, opened, visited any url… "
Yes

“or when Mautic did any action on them?”
NO, background actions done by Mautic doesn’t count here.
