If a contact is in 2 segment, what happens?

Hi, if a contact is in 2 segment and I have scheduled an email for this 2 segments, the contact receive the email twice or only one time?

This depends if you are sending an email as a “marketing” or a “transactional” message. If your emails are defined inside a campaign as “marketing” then the contact will only receive the email once. Marketing emails are sent once to a contact no matter how many times that email appears in different campaigns.
