Your problem
My problem is a generation of a displayed 500 Error on a test server

Steps I have tried to fix the problem I tried installing mysqli to change from PDO drivers and that should be reflected in the log.
I also set the line 110 in app/config/config.php to 5.7 but app/config/local.php was missing.
As test server have tried owning all the mautic directory and setting to chmod 777 to eliminate any permission errors.
Once this install is mastered then a more secure production installation will be attempted.
