It looks like it is hitting the fcgi limit while trying to install the database and data. Is this on a shared host or a VPS? If a VPS, you may look into increasing fcgi’s FcgidIOTimeout setting. If on a shared host, check to see if they are willing to increase that 45 second timeout a little bit.

Thanks,
Alan

Hi! I´ve got the same problem think so. It´s a VPS. Actually I´ve got opened this problem:

https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/381-safe-mode-is-enabled-or-an-open-basedir-is-set-in

I’m trying to reinstall mautic and in step 1 gives me the same error. My question is what if I have previously set on my VPS the name of the database user and password or otherwise have to fill in the details for installing Mautic create the database?

The safe_mode is off. PHP version 5.5.15 is now.

Best regards!
