My Mautic version is: v4.4.0
My PHP version is: 7.4.32
I find myself being logged out of Mautic all the time and would like to increase the session time if possible. Ticking the box “keep me logged in” doesn’t help much, I’m still logged out after just an hour of inactivity or so.
I am not totally sure, how Mautic handles this, but I was of the impression, that session timeout is something that is configured on a system level for php.
Like described here on Stack Overflow for example.
But maybe a more dev experienced person could chime in.
This issue was resolved in version 4.4.1 and it look like you’re still on version 4.4.0. - https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/9011
Update your Mautic to see if it fixes it for you.
