I am using Mautic v5.0.4 with SendGrid to send campaign emails. The emails are being sent successfully, but I am encountering an issue with the open and click stats.
Initially, when I send the email, I do not see any open or click stats being recorded. However, if I manually open a link within the email, the stats for both opens and clicks are then updated and reflected in Mautic.
It seems that the stats are only recorded when I specifically open the link in the email. If I don’t manually open the link, no open or click stats are recorded at all.
Is there a setting or configuration that might be causing this delay in stats recording, or is this expected behaviour? How can I ensure the stats are tracked automatically after the email is sent without manually interacting with the links?
