Issue with Open and Click Stats Tracking in Mautic v5.0.4 with SendGrid

I’m using Mautic v5.0.4 with SendGrid for sending campaign emails. While the emails are being sent successfully, I’m facing an issue with tracking open and click stats.

Here’s what happens:

  1. After an email is sent, the open and click stats are not immediately reflected in Mautic.
  2. However, if I manually open a link within the email, both the open and click stats are updated and start showing in Mautic.
  3. If I don’t manually open the link, no open or click stats are recorded at all.

It seems like the stats are only recorded after I manually interact with the links in the email. If there’s no manual interaction, no stats are logged.

Could you please clarify if this is expected behavior or if there might be a configuration issue causing this? I want to ensure that the stats are tracked automatically as soon as emails are sent, without requiring manual interaction.

I have followed the same steps, but I am still encountering the same issue. I have one concern: my Mautic instance is running on HTTP instead of HTTPS. Could this be causing the problem? It’s worth noting that the setup works fine in my local environment.
