If I have a known lead with social media info in his/her profile, can the points be increased if the lead like or share a page?

Hi!

Right now, we do not have that implemented. But please add it as a feature request to https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues so we can look into it.

We’d be limited to the social network APIs since the like/share buttons are usually through their own provided UIs (modal window, iframe, etc). If their APIs allow it, we may be able to create our own like/share form that we can process (and thus add points) prior to pushing to the social network. Or maybe if their share/like button APIs have some sort of callback to notify us once it’s been done. But, we would need to investigate that a bit more.
