Hi, I have a problem with work in network with same ip for multiple users… When one lead load script tracking, the info is change for other lead. Who I disable lead by IP? It’s possible?

Hi I had implemented this on Mautic and was working perfectly, but after upgrading Mautic to 2.5.1, app/bundles/LeadBundle/Model/LeadModel.php page has a different structure and I am not sure how to enable multiple leads from same IP. @MxyzptlkFishStix Thanks for your quick response. In fact, I am using the tracking pixel configuration to add leads to Mautic from wordpress websites. So there is no forms involved (being a beginner, I am not sure if you are referring to forms used on landing pages, or so).

Doesn’t Mautic use FingerprintJS that does not rely only (if at all) on the client’s IP address, but on many many other things? Also, yes, turning kiosk mode on a form ignores the submitter’s IP address. Best, D.
