Whenever I attempt to login to my mautic dashboard, I’m taken to this page:

The same thing happens with the html Mautic forms that are connected to my website (waterwelders.com). Once the Mautic form is filled out and submitted, it takes users to the same “not found!” page above.
I had this same issue about 5-6 months ago when Mautic had an update. I think it might be a server issue but I’m not sure.
Is anyone else having this problem?
