I’m using the free version on Mautic.net and the recent update seems to have broken the form submission process. To see what is happening, try completing the form located here:

Prior to the Mautic version update, this form would redirect to another page. Now, it hangs and the browser does nothing. Where this form is presented on the website, it redirects to a 500 error page. Since this is hosted on Mautic.net there is no way for me to access the error logs.
What can I do to troubleshoot and fix this?

This may not help given that it’s a server error, but can you please check your browser console while the page is loading? (shortcut is usually F12)
When the page loads, there are no errors in the console. However, after I click submit on the form, this error comes up:
POST https://waterwelders.mautic.net/form/submit?formId=5 500 (Internal Server Error)
Difficult to troubleshoot without accessing the logs. It may be something you need to talk to mautic.net about.

Did the forms have the social login field?
If so there was a bug in the code for that field that resulted in the form throwing a 500 error. A fix is already out and needs testing. Ive tested and it worked for me.
There is no social login field and I don’t have any way to contact anyone at Mautic.net. I’ve tried posting the problem here, mentioning it in the #support channel on Slack, and sent an email to hello@mautic.com. It has been over a week and I have had no reply from anyone at Mautic.net or Mautic.com.
The people on this forum have provided the most help, and I can’t access the server logs that have been suggested. Thank you for your help with this.
I just tried the form again to see if perhaps the issue had been resolved without notifying me, but the error remains the same.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) https://waterwelders.mautic.net/form/submit?formId=5
Something changed on 10/13 and the Mautic forms stopped working. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the server logs to figure out what changed or what the error may be.
Still getting this, Mautic 2.7.0
