Your problem
My problem is: Login page https://mkt.nugenskills.com/ not opening for me today. It worked fine until yesterday night. Error message : This site cannot be reached. Took too long to respond. ERR_TIMED_OUT. Also “Site is offline - “Site is Offline” Database connection error (code #0).”

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Checked alternative websites. All working.

The login screen shows fine for me - take a look at your logs, it seems like you had a timeout error which might point at some problem with the server configuration.
