Hi! We are trying to make Mautic and Everwebinar (it’s a evergreen webinar in Webinarjam) work together, we have created 4 new custom fields in Mautic and we grab the Webinar Date, Replay Room URL, Live Room URL & the EverWebinar User ID.
First problem I got was that I try to send some SMS reminder about -3 minutes before the webinar from the data with the custom field Webinar date but it did not work at all.

Next problem is that now we have the webinar live & replay URL in the custom field that is unique to the user and we need to shorten this URL.
Does anyone have any clue how to make this work
