How do you manually add or remove Do Not Contact?

Hi there,

I have realised that in case I have to set as do not contact 500 contacts I can do it in the same way… but what do I have to do if I need to remove these 500 contacts from the “do not contact”?
Doing that one by one it could take me ages…
