Problem
This plugin is installed and configured to communicate with our SMS Gateway.
I am having a hard time to get this plugin functional:

  • after activating the plugin is can be configured as the standard SMS functionality within Mautic Config
  • After activating it is possible to add SMS functionality in campaigns, but there is no button ‘Send SMS’ within the contact view (/contacts/view/).

When SMS sending is being triggered from the campaign an error is always thrown in the contact view. The error message is not clearly visible, but no SMS is being sent.
There is also no log information available (/sysinfo#log)
Copying the code from this plugin outside Mautic does function when it is directly triggered.

Do you guys have any good experience with SMS Gateway plugins which communicates with an own SMS Gateway (not being Twilio for example)

I just installed and have no idea what to do next.

No, I wasn’t.
It seems it just doesn’t work. I can’t get it to work with all the things I’ve tried (and that’s a lot)
