Your problem
My problem is: I have a live campaign that’s set up and looks like it’s triggering as designed when I look at it at the contact level. That said, when I preview the campaign, the dashboard tells me a different story.
In the dashboard, the data in the line graph for “contacts added, send or schedule email, tag change” is incorrect from what I’m seeing that’s triggered. For example, I have several days when the campaign dashboard is showing an email wasn’t sent, but I see an email in the campaign was indeed triggered in the campaign to a targeted segment. Any ideas?
