Hi All,
I’m new to Mautic but I recently moved a domain DNS over to CloudFlare and am using the Flexible SSL (with free CloudFlare account) to secure the WordPress site. Mautic was originally installed in the /mautic/ subfolder (prior to me working on this site).
I followed the docs for moving Mautic to another server, updated the local.php file - and specifically within that file I changed the web address from http://mysite.com/mautic to https://www.mysite.com/mautic, then cleared the cache as specified in the docs.
When I tested it worked perfectly (tested in browser with SSL exception added to my browser and local DNS pointing to new hosting IP address).
Now that I’ve switched the nameservers over to CloudFlare, I keep getting an error that says:
“The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”
I’m sure this issue is related to the SSL and CloudFlare.
Can anyone tell me how to properly secure Mautic on a subfolder, using the CloudFlare Flexible SSL?

That error means that the server is calling itself again and again so the request is a never ending loop.
Remove flexible SSL and then change dns using cloudflare then using same account add the SSL, it should work.
