Hey, I am trying to export the contacts into excel but the export does not work. Everytime I have to close my Browser because the program crashes. It doesnt even work with small segments which have only 9 contacts. Does anyone know the problem and have a solution?
Check the logs under system info menu for any errors and also check server error log for any errors.
Please export and then share us the log to us, so we an suggest you more.
