please, do not write me a personal message unless it it is necessary. This way the information will be private and won’t help anyone else. Also if you want some help, describe your problem you are having in more detail than you did. You are talking about 2 problems but you described none.

I writed 2 posts in this forum and you ask me about the PHP and MySQL versions, but after when I answer, you ddin’t said nothing more, then I couldn’t correct what are the problem.

I’m really sorry for your problems. I tried to help you, but when I depleted all the possible issues I thought could cause the problem, I have nothing to tell you. I also asked on your behalf the main programmer of Mautic, but he was probably too busy to look at it.

I know I’m the first to blame because I was the only one who tried to help you, but I’m not your employee. I’m just a guy who tried to help you on his own free time. Take it like this, please.

I don’t think that you are my employee. I wirted the posts because if I am with this dificult with Mautic, other users also can be. These problems in the software development is normal.

When I writed to you, was because you did a question and after when I answer, you didn’t said anything more.

These errores in Mautic working need be correct, because this is a good proposal.

The thing is that only you are having this kind of troubles. Or at least I didn’t saw anything like this anywhere else. Thousands of others does not experience this. So my guess is that the server is configured somehow wrong. But I don’t now what could cause it. That’s all I can tell you.
