I added a form in a landing page after a form is submitted, the contact details are captured successfully in the database. However, we don’t have any information on the origin of the contact, such as which landing page or input they came from. How can we track and identify the source of each contact in the database moving forward? Can someone knows on how to configure this one on our existing forms?
Also for this one It returned an error 500 when I added another field for sources and have a default like Landing page 1
