Mautic Installer Time-out

My PHP version is : 8.2.5
My MySQL/MariaDB version is: 10.6.12

Updating/Installing Errors
I am: Installing
Installing via : Web

These errors are showing in the installer : 504 Gateway Time-out

These errors are showing in the Mautic log : Log File is empty

My problem is :
When installing Mautic, I get a 504 Gateway Time-out Error after confirming Step 1. Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem : I already changed the nginx and PHP timeout setting to 600 and cleared the cache.

We don’t yet support PHP 8.2 - please take a look at Requirements :slight_smile:

Please try downgrading your PHP version for the time being!
