Hi Joan,

Basically the major problem is that all the emails are going into the contacts spam box.
Secondly, we have generated a new DKIM key to update for Mautic but don’t know how to do that as we don’t have the DNS credentials.

Also, everytime I check the score before sending out the email campaign, I get Razor2 error.

Please advise how can I update the DKIM key for Mautic and how can I resolve the emails to land into the contact’s spam box?

Is there a way we can get a new Mautic server which will help us resolve all these issues?

What Mautic are you using

Mautic Cloud (like rachel.mautic.net)
or Mautic SelfHosted (companydomain.com/mautic)

We are using Mautic self-hosted with our company’s domain.
