Mautic Stops Working Properly

Hi,



My mautic installation worked fine till yesterday but from today it starts unexpected behaviour. The problems are following:


  1. All forms are not showing any display message or redirecting to given url. It only shows please wait button. But I can see submitted details in leads.
  2. After form submission defined actions are not executing like send thank you email, push to the integration and modify lead list.



    Any one faced this problem before?

It doesn’t seem like a Mautic problem, but the problem is in the embedded Mautic forms. My guess is that there is some javascript error in your website where the forms are embedded, but cannot be sure until I see the website.

Yes, I can see filled details in mautic but it is not executing form actions like redirect to thank you page, modify lead list and push to integration or send email.

the form submission does return HTTP status 500. Check the Mautic (in the app/logs dir) and server logs for a specific error message which could tell us more.

Seems like a SSL certificate problem. Ask your server provider if he could look at it and fix it for you.

I have figured out the problem. The problem is not with server or mautic, vtiger integration was created that problem. When I disabled vtiger integration all forms started to work properly.
But there is another problem with vtiger integration, I can’t authenticate vtiger details. Every time it is failing authentication.

Check https://www.mautic.org/docs/plugins/vtiger_crm.html , but if there is an SSL cert issue, it might block the authentication.

That, How vTiger contacts can sync in mautic and vice a versa?

What i need , People who are added to Vtiger should get added to Mautic and Vice Versa.
