First off, I really like Mautic so far.

Do you have any documentation? I can't seem to find it.

I am wanting to use merge tags ({firstname}) in emails. Is this possible?

Hi,

not sure what you mean by merge tags. But if you mean tags which will be replaced with a lead information, then look at this:

@zuno yes, it is possible. It was discussed a couple of times before (https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/732-dynamic-fields-in-subject/0) and it’s also not so hard to test.

Thanks @escopecz. I didn’t want to test because I’m working on a list email and there doesn’t seem to be a send test option.

Trying to figure out how to merge FROM NAME in the email? I see signature, but I don’t want to field map the entire signature when I’m just tying to say "Hi {contactfield=firstname}‍ , this is Jon Doe… What is the code for John Doe (from name)
