Merging Leads Problem

Hello All,



I have big problem with import leads list on my mautic, when I import CSV files in contact page always I got the message regarding merged contact.

For example I imported 300 leads and system show message : 125 created, 173 merged, 2 ignored

So I checked couple of times my lead list no duplicate no special character.

And the big problem is I payed 3000$ for my lead and I imported only 60% of my lead!
