Migrate data to Google Cloud

My PHP version is : PHP Version 7.4.33
My MySQL/MariaDB version is (delete as applicable): MySQL/MariaDB version 7.4.33

I would like to move to Google Cloud Storage instead of our current hosting for our Mautic Install. I have installed Mautic on Google Cloud but it is version 4.4.1

Is it possible to have all of my contact info (including history), emails, campaigns etc migrated over?

I should note that our current version of Mautic is 3.2.4

Install the same version of mautic as the existing database and copy the existing database to the new install.

Open app/config/local.php and edit urls and options and credentials.

Clear cache
