Missing Contacts in Segment

My Mautic version is: v4.2.2
My PHP version is: 7.4.3

Your problem
My problem is: I tried importing ~15k contacts in a segment but it only shows that there are only 5k+ contacts imported to that segment.
It’s been days since I created it and started importing contacts but it still shows 0% progress (Queued). I did it with 3 batches (5k each CSV)

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Already cleaned the raw files and removed duplicates

Hi,
You haven’t uploaded those files yet the import didn’t happen. The progress is 0%
Is your cron properly configured?

Here is a tutorial on imports:

Try to run
bin/console mautic:import
to complete the import!
