A contact is not added to a segments

My PHP version is: 7.4.28
My Database type and version is: MySQL

Your problem
My problem is:
I imported a contact from a CSV.

I created a new segment with a simple filter: his firstname must match.

Even if a contact should be considered in the filter, it’s not shown in the segment.

These info are showing in the log:

Rebuilding contacts for segment 11
1 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300
1/1 [============================] 100%
0 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300
0 contact(s) affected

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
Cleared the cache. Update and rebuild the segments many times.

After one day, the contact has appeared in the segment without my intervention!
Do you know which cron did that and how can I speed up it or force manually ?

You need to make sure your mautic:segment:rebuild cron is running frequently.
