Segments not rebuilding, despite successful cron [Version 2.1.1]

Hi,

I recently imported ~17,000 contacts into my client’s Mautic. I then added a segment with applicable filters to sort all of these contacts into the appropriate segment. (In hindsight, might have been better to do this in reverse order, but not much I can do about that now.)

The cron runs successfully, but gives me this output:

Code:
Rebuilding contacts for segment 4 0 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300 0 contact(s) affected

Rebuilding contacts for segment 6
0 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300
0 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300
0 contact(s) affected

Rebuilding contacts for segment 3
0 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300
0 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300
0 contact(s) affected

Rebuilding contacts for segment 2
0 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300
total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300
0 contact(s) affected

Rebuilding contacts for segment 5
0 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300
0 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300
0 contact(s) affected

I'm using the following cron:
Code:
/usr/local/php70/bin/php-cli /home/USERNAME/mautic/app/console mautic:segments:update -f
Where USERNAME is the user. I added the
Code:
-f
after seeing some other similar errors on this forum, but it hasn't made a difference.

There are no errors, but none of the contacts have been moved, as you can see. I'm concerned because later, this means that bounced or unsubscribed emails won't be moved to appropriate segments, either. In addition, I cannot realistically go through and manually add 17,000 contacts to each segment.

Any clues as to where I can go from here? Thank you in advance for any help!

I have quite same problem…

Rebuilding contacts for segment 1
0 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300
0 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300
0 contact(s) affected

when I put the command by finger everything is fine but not working with a cron
