Multi language support when sending emails

Hi everyone,

As i notice there is “Translations” for emails. When im sending a campaign, i was half expecting that if a user of a certain locale will be automatically be sent email in that locale if it is available.

But it seems it doesnt and i have to have a long decision loop to loop through all the languages. Is there a better way I am missing out? Thanks!

what mautic version are you using ?

It is self hosted or clound?

@bizcrony I’ve got the exact same question. Using the self hosted version. Is it possible to have only one campaign set for all languages and the emails versions are sent according to the preferred locale?
