Hi all!
It seems like newly created campaigns which are executed upon a large segment don’t work properly. For some reason the contacts in the segment aren’t showing in the campaign. Only contacts which are added to the segment after the campaign is activated are showing. Does anyone else of you have the same problem?
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a campaign. Source of the campaign should be a large segment with 50000+ contacts
- None of the 50000+ contacts are showing in the campaign
- Only contacts which are added from now on do
What’s in your logs? Errors? Warnings?
I’m not a programmer unfortunately so I don’t have access to the logs. If I get hold of them I’ll post them here. I suppose this is not a common problem then?
You can get a copy of your most recent logs by going to Configuration (the gears icon in the top right of the dashboard) > System info, then choosing System Logs. This will show your most recent logs from the current day, based on server time.
Which hosting provider are you hosting your Mautic instance with, and is it a VPS or regular hosting plan (shared hosting)? If you have SSH access, the logs can be found in the folder /path/to/mautic/app/config/logs
