No permission to create a topic in docker?

Hi,

hope that’s the right forum here.

In the (new?) docker topic, I can’t create threads:

Is this supposed to be like that?

Thanks for letting us know, I’ve just tweaked it so that trust level 1 members can post there, it was set to reply only.
