Not able to install mautic

Hi,



I am trying to install Mautic on my vps. I am using cpanel on centos 6.6 64 bit. i downloaded mautic and extract file in Public_html. After that i am trying to install it but getting following error.



“The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.”



i googled this issue and found a thread on mautic forum, mod_rewrite is on in .htaccess file.



can anyone help me to install it?
