I would like to ask about the mode of saving data from forms in Mautic.
I have some trouble understanding this process.
For example, I have 4 separate forms for clients where they can sign up for our company’s services.
In each of them we ask for your name, e-mail address and the start date of the service.
In the form I need to select which fields will be connected in “Contact Field”
Usually it is Email=email, Name=first name, telephone number=telephone number.
I created one new field “Service Start_date” in the Contact Field and assigned it in the form to the Customer Service Start Date=“Service Start_date” field in the Contact Field
However, I have 4 forms.
Do I need to create 4 separate “Service Start_data” in Contact Field type
“Start_date service_formularz_1”,
“Start_date service_formularz_2”,
“Start_date service_formularz_3”,
“Start_date service_formularz_4”
will the system assign a different date to each separate request and only 1 field “Start_date service_formularz” is enough or must there be 4 fields in the Contact Field, one for each form?
In other words, each new form that we create and make available to clients requires creating new fields for it in the “Contact Field”, apart from name, surname and email (because it does not change)?
