Form fields not getting saved to contact

Hi Guys,



I created a form and copied it manually to my website.



The form results are populating within Mautic, and in the form I set the contact field for my contacts to match the fields in my form.



While the form is submitting, and I get a nice little email, the contact’s profile is not updating.



I have to update the fields manually with the API. (Ive added an action to the form to post to an endpoint).



Is this a known issue?
