HI, I looked for the var/ in my providencesilverco/mautic/ directory but can not find it? I found a var/log/ in another public_html directory but the las t record was 2018. I never used SSH . Any suggestion how to find these I am on hostgatore hosting?

If you arent familiar with SSH there is going to be a learning curve and gaps in being able to run mautic. I’m not affiliated with them but https://mtcextendee.com/marketplace/cron-tester/ may be worthwhile
