I am looking to implement my own solution for detecting email replies in campaigns. Ideally, I would like to use the REST API, but I am unable to find any documentation (such as OpenAPI). If this is not possible, I am open to programming it in PHP.
Can someone please provide guidance on where to find API documentation or which source code files to modify in order to implement my own reply detection solution? It is important that my solution can trigger campaign decisions and perform all other actions that the default reply detection system does.
