Hi Optvps

I’m really struggling to understand your question, but I think I know what you’re trying to say. Here’s what I understand:

  • You have two user groups (role A, role B)
  • You want to have campaigns and lead lists dedicated to each role, and only have access to the campaigns and lead lists in their role
  • For some reason even though you have that set up, users in those different roles can see things outside of their role group

Am I understanding this correctly?

No let me explain you.

I have 2 User Roles in my System

1st Administrator
2nd User

http://prntscr.com/7ez71u

i have created 2 Users Unders 2nd Role

http://prntscr.com/7ez7vc

there are 2 Users
bsm9014
lakki

the issue is that These both users have seperate account with seperate logins and no relation to each other

but if user bsm9014 Creating Any Lead list or Campaign . the same campaign ,Lead list and Recent Activity are showing with login in 2nd account lakki.

Let me know if you have any other confusion with my question

Thanks

Did anyone found a solution for this? I need to segregate the users and their content separetly
