Sure it can. The directory has to be generated by some server programming language. There must be a file where to put the tracking pixel and it will display on all pages. Maybe check where Google Analytics tracking code can be inserted and you can insert the Mautic tracking pixel there as well. My advice is to ask the authors of that directory.

Thanks - what do you mean by “server programming language” ?

That portal is made with Wordpress and each listing is basically a post.
