My problem is:
I would like to give points to visitors, who come back after 1 hour. These are my settings:
However The points is given after 1 minute even.
I also tried 60 min.
Do I misunderstand how points work?

These errors are showing in the log: no errors.
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Tested, didn’t work.

I would say this is a bug. Your setup looks correct and logical to me.
Have you tried within a campaign to see if the issue is there as well? Not sure if you can do time-based point scoring in a campaign though?

is there a difference in the “server time” and Mautic timezone?

Yeah, good idea.
But no, that is not the solution. I changed to 2 days, and still giving points for every visit.
I think I’ll raise an issue.
