Hello,
I would like to test the version of SMS messages/text messages via Twilio.
So I created a Twilio account and activated the plugin in Mautic.
Unfortunately the SMS messages are not being sent and I don’t see or understand why.
I created a new “List Text Message” in Mautic and a segment for testing.
I also see “4 pending” in the list of text messages. However, the messages are not delivered. However, when I click on the badge and filter for contacts I don’t see any contacts/output. I don’t see anything about this in the database either (no entries in the message_queue or sms_message_stats table).
I don’t see any error output or other message. I don’t see anything in the Twilio logs either. Maybe I have to configure/release something differently with Twilio, unfortunately I don’t know. At Twilio, my account is still in trial mode.
Unfortunately I have no idea how I can check and test this further.
