Problems with pictures in Emails

Im using mautic for a short time, but I learned a lot about and Im fascinated about the opportunities.

But I have a problem with loading pictures into emails. The wheel is spinning when I start it, I cant chance my folder and I dont see my uploaded picture. I tried som patches, but the problem is still there.

Has somebody got a solution for me?
