Email images refusing to load

Hi there,

I’m new to Mautic and am trying to send some emails.

Images that I’ve placed throughout the emails are refusing to load.

I’ve tried different emails addresses, and different email types (outlook, hotmail etc.) It won’t load when I sample either.

I’ve adjusted the file type - tried .png and .jpg

I’ve also adjusted the file size - made it as small as possible without compromising quality.

It still won’t load.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Most email clients nowadays block images from unknown sources by default. Could that be your issue?

Thanks for the suggestion but that’s not it .
I’ve done it through my own email and allowed all the images and it still won’t load.
Also, when I do the exact same HTML code through sendwithus it works right away.
