Question to the e-mail builder

Your software Ubuntu 22.04
My Mautic version is: 4.4.10
My PHP version is: 8.0.30
My Database type and version is: 10.6

Question to the e-Mail builder: Where can i set the width of a section or column?
In the templates are sections in the middle with about 1/3 width of my 27" screen. How is that width defined - or how could that adjusted - e.g. to 50% of the width of an screen…or XY pix?

Be aware that most emails get read on mobile devices. Therefore it is smart to design emails for mobile devices instead of trying to do webdesign for desktop in email (email is not a website).
The likelihood that your email will be rendered differently over lots of devices and clients is SOOOOO HIGH. To fix that: Less is more and think vertically instead of horizontally.

I could be wrong, but this is only my thoughts on the topic after sending a few emails.
To see if your email renders nicely on the different devices you can use tools like litmus, or way cheaper and still very good testi.at
