Questions about calendar

Your problem
My questions are:

  • Is it possible to show different colours in the calendar? I came across Add Events from Calendar View in Mautic | Digital School Marketing which also uses Mautic and the interface there seems to differ. Did they add a custom feature into the calendar?
    It would be nice to see different colours to identify which lead owner created the event in the calendar.
  • Is it possible to “filter” the calendar view? For example see all events from all users. Or see only events from certain users (or myself)?

In the documentation I came across Categories (Categories | Mautic Community Documentation). I created such a category (named after the lead owner) and assigned a couple of leads to this category (in contact preferences). However events (created as notes on a contact) do not show up in the category colour.

In Mautic’s calendar, your activities are automatically colour-coded by event type.

When you create an event in Mautic, you can select what kind of activity it is in the ‘Type’ dropdown menu. The ‘Type’ you select will determine what colour your event is in the calendar: calls are yellow, meetings are purple, and miscellaneous ‘to-do’ tasks are red.
