Receive Feedback from email recipient in reference to a question asked in the original email sent

My problem is: I would like to ask for feedback from a mailout that I am going to create and was wondering how I would be able to receive the feedback from the recipient of the email.

I’m not exactly sure how you are going to collect the answers.

If you build your own contact form you might add the id of the user to the link and process it in your form and use it to call the Mautic API.
