Your problem
My problem is:
I have a referral campaign (using the referral plugin). Basically it’s for people recommending an app to friends/family. Basically I want to count the number of people who have been referred also convert (download the app).
This I can track quite easily, as soon as someone converts the user database of the app is updated and put into mautic. In mautic the account is merged with an existing account and now we know who was referred and also converted. This works perfectly.
However, we also want to track who of the referrers has the most converts (most converts, you win a prize). This is trickier…Is there a way inside Mautic to update the referrer with e.g. a point as soon as someone converts?
I can think of an eleborate way of tracking this via Power Automate etc…but this seems like a workaround and not really viable in the long term.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
