Hi,
I built a drip campaign which sends five emails each with 2 days pause in between. The campaign is based on a segment which is based on a contact tag. When a contact enters the campaign, it should receive emails until it is removed from the segment. This could be after mail #1, #2, #3 or #4.
As far as I understood Mautic correctly, when a campaign is enabled, all actions are evaluated and executed. If the email sendout is in the future (now + 2 days e.g.), the action still es executed but only the sendout is delayed.
Is that correct? That would mean the email will be sent out some days later although the contact is removed from the campaign segment, isn’t it?
Best regards,
Peter
