Hi all,



Hope you can help.

After launching our first campaign I realized there are some steps not going the way planned/programmed. Could be a bug or could be a wrong set-up; not sure.

(1) After the contact has opened mail they should be removed from the segment --> this action was not carried out… contacts are still in segment.

(2) I manually removed contacts from the campaign who reacted on my mails —> however these contact still received the rest of the email sequence.
